Work is well underway at Mulberry Walk, one of our projects in Chelsea. We are very pleased to have been appointed to provide temporary works as well as full structural engineering designs for this exciting project. The brief entails the demolition of the existing building whilst retaining the facade, new basement excavation and construction of a bespoke family home. The location of the site between two listed buildings is only one of many considerations informing our designs and methodology on this job.
