Business as usual, in unusual times
These are uncertain times indeed. Our primary concern is of course the safety and well-being of our friends, colleagues and community. Our thoughts go out to all those currently impacted by COVID-19 and our thanks go to the committed medical professionals looking after them and working tirelessly to keep everyone safe.
In line with the Government advice that all who can, should work from home, we have put in place the appropriate systems and procedures to facilitate secure and efficient remote working with the aim of maintaining a high level of service for you, our clients.
For now, we continue to maintain a presence in our head office and are contactable in the usual way by telephone, mobile and email. Should the advice to work from home harden to a directive, we will forward our main reception number to a colleague who will direct your calls appropriately. We have access to video conference and voice call conference facilities and through Microsoft Teams will be able to share, view and discuss documents as required. As is sensible in the current circumstances we are actively managing risk by minimising work related travel and face to face meetings. However, if required, we will attend approved, essential site and project meetings and will respect the recommended guidelines governing social distance and interaction.
As we all know, the situation is fluid and evolving. We will adapt our practices and procedures in line with the changing environment and directives whilst ever mindful of our commitment to providing a high standard of service to all our valued clients. Please do let us know if you have a specific concern or query. We will be happy to elaborate on the measures we have taken to maintain your trust and confidence in us.
For now, we hope that you, your colleagues and families remain safe and well.
