Works underway at Kensington residential refurbishment
Temporary Works are the Cinderellas of the construction world. They appear as if by magic, supporting existing structures as roofs are replaced, basements excavated and walls demolished. They keep buildings safe during the construction process and protect those who work on and in them. At their most clever and through the power of Smarter Engineering, they dovetail seamlessly with the permanent works thereby saving time and money on a project. It requires the same skill, care and detailing to produce Temporary Works designs as Permanent. Therefore, we are very proud and happy to showcase our TW designs from time to time. These shots are from a current project in Kensington where our structural designs are doing some seriously heavy lifting...much like pre-Ball Cinders!
