Elite Designers are currently working on the structural design of temporary and permanent works for this 770 sq metre extension to a Grade II listed home. The structural works are scheduled for completion in Spring 2023.
The works will entail the complete refurbishment of this prime residential property including sub-structural alteration, the extension of the basement frontal vaults below the highway and excavation of a new level below the existing lower ground floor.
The works will follow a top-down basement construction sequence with the full building temporarily suspended on piles during excavation.
