Structural Design for Remodelling of Holland Park Home
Great progress on our triple basement project, one of several Holland Park projects currently in process, where Elite Designers are the retained structural engineers on the extensive remodelling of a prime residential property. As well as designing a triple basement to sit beneath the planned four storey house above, our brief includes the temporary works design. These are in place at present supporting the retained facade and two perimeter walls through the basement excavation phase. When completed the final structure will measure 31m from roof ridge.
