Refurbishment Modernises Fulham Property
This assignment entailed the full refurbishment of a period terraced family home in Fulham's Peterborough Estate. The property was fully rebuilt and extensions were added to the side, rear and basement. Natural light was maximised in the basement through the addition of a sensitively designed lightwell. The reimagining of the entire space, inside and out, resulted in the creation of a bright, airy home suited to the flow of modern family living.
Elite Designers were retained as structural consultants throughout from initial tender stage to the completion of construction works.
