This striking one-off development located on Ascott Avenue in Ealing was completed in December 2020. The project comprises a 350m2 family home incorporating a basement, ground and first floors as well as a series of courtyard spaces linked by a staircase at basement level and by a bridge at ground level. Its contemporary styling and hit and miss brick detailing make this dwelling a characterful addition to the surrounding streetscape.
Elite Designers were responsible for the structural design of the extensive basement as well as the drainage and temporary works.
