Located in ‘The Boltons' conservation area of Kensington, Stratton House is situated on a quiet and attractive residential road ideally located for the shops and amenities of both Fulham Road and Old Brompton Road.
The original structure was demolished and fully rebuilt to increase the living and entertaining space through the addition of a roof terrace complete with outdoor fireplace and wet bar and the installation of a basement running under the entire footprint of the property.
Elite Designers were the structural engineers from concept development through to project completion.
