Structural redesign accommodates contemporary family living
Elite Designers were the retained structural engineers on this residential project in Maida Vale. The property was extended to the rear, reconfigured internally and fully refurbished to create a more liveable, family-friendly space with vastly improved flow. The addition of a roof light allows loads more natural light to flood into the building at every level. A dormer extension was also included to create stylish accommodation for visiting guests. ED were responsible for both the temporary and permanent works on this project.
