Site challenges no obstacle for smart design
Elite Designers were engaged on the Leighton Road development from the beginning of this project and our input extended from the initial feasibility study through to the construction phase. The site posed some technical challenges because of its relative compactness, intricate geometry and location in a densely developed location not far from Northfields Tube Station.
Leighton Road comprises a four storey primarily residential development consisting of six apartments and one family home all with private amenity spaces. At street level it contains a small commercial unit. The overall development area is just under 1000m².
