Elite Designers were the lead structural consultants for the full refurbishment of this award winning residential property in Kensington London.
The internal structure of the property had to be completely redesigned to accommodate a reconfigured layout which in turn further evolved to accommodate the incorporation of the flat above the original property which was acquired by the client during the early stages of construction.
This was a high specification assignment and the architectural details it featured required bespoke structural engineering design solutions throughout.
