Mixed-use urban regeneration project moves into planning
Elite Designers has been retained to supply structural engineering consultancy on an urban regeneration project led by A2Dominion in West London’s Ealing borough. The mixed-use scheme has been submitted for planning and when finalised will comprise 120 residential units, commercial floor space, a podium garden and communal roof terraces and will vary in height from seven to fifteen stories.
A2Dominion is a not-for-profit housing provider with over 36,000 homes in management across London and the South East. The Group has a unique approach to house-building, generating profits for a social purpose instead of for share-holders, with millions of pounds reinvested each year into building much-needed affordable homes and supporting local communities.
