New steel superstructure supports composite concrete floors
Canterbury House is a major redevelopment of a Victorian factory building in Kilburn. The scheme involved the demolition of the interior of the building whilst retaining the historic shell, installing piled foundations and constructing a new steel superstructure with composite concrete floors. The building will house 21 luxury apartments on completion.
